Amid the ongoing hustle and bustle of daily life, from chaotic traffic and endless work to-do lists to overwhelming house chores, this series is a gentle reminder for every parent to pause and think about what truly matters: their children.

In this UNICEF series, we teamed up with three influencers and content creators from different walks of life. Despite their differences, they all agreed on one essential truth: a healthy mind and body must go hand in hand for every child.

Episode 1: Eisa Alhabib and Cyberbullying

In this episode, Eissa Alhabib, a Forbes 30 Under 30 video creator from Kuwait, prepares energy balls while opening up about a pressing issue in children’s lives — cyberbullying. He reflects on how the digital age can be a double-edged sword, urging parents to be mindful when introducing their children to the internet and social media. Eissa also sheds light on how these platforms can expose children to belittling, marginalization, and intense social pressure, whether from peers or complete strangers. She ensures it remains healthy and fulfilling while discussing the importance of a nutritious path in every child’s life, especially in the early years. From breastfeeding to introducing solids, Maram highlights how each step in this path plays a vital role in shaping a child’s well-being. Visit our parenting page to learn more.

Episode 3: Nora Achmaoui and the Power of Play
