The Ethics Office promotes and supports an ethical and values-based culture within UNICEF, across the UN system, and with our partners and communities, in serving the world’s children. We do this by providing advice and guidance on ethics-related issues, delivering training and outreach, administering the Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure Programme, providing policy input to Management and protecting employees against retaliation (whistle-blower protection).

Each year, the Ethics Office submits a report to the UNICEF Executive Board on our activities and accomplishments, as well as our observations and recommendations in order to continue strengthening ethics and culture at UNICEF.
