About
The budget issue papers analyze the extent to which government budgets respond to the needs of children. Specifically, they analyze the size and composition of government budgets on sectors (health, education, child protection, nutrition, etc) and programmes which seek to improve the well-being of children. They also offer insights on efficiency, effectiveness, equity and adequacy of past pending.
