Highlights

The OECS Regional Child Policy and Strategic Plan 2026–2032 provides a shared framework for advancing the rights and wellbeing of children across nine OECS Member States and Territories.

The policy brings together Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat, Anguilla and the British Virgin Islands around a common vision for children.

It aims to strengthen coordinated action across areas including child protection, education, health, social protection, justice, participation and mental wellbeing, while addressing disparities and ensuring that no child is left behind.

The policy was developed with the participation of children, young people, parents and other stakeholders, helping to ensure that children's experiences and perspectives inform the priorities and outcomes for the region.
