COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy Survey Report 2022 - Antigua and Barbuda
Survey conducted in Antigua and Barbuda
Highlights
In 2022, UNICEF and USAID commissioned Caribbean Development Research Services Inc (CADRES) to complete a new study on vaccine hesitancy as a follow up to a similar study conducted in 2021. It was intended to primarily track the issue of vaccine hesitancy. The central focus was vaccine uptake and the impact of strategies designed to enhance it. In addition, the study sought to understand whether there continued to be an interest in COVID-19 vaccination and if the broader vaccine environment had impacted attitudes towards vaccinations for other diseases. Seven countries were studied.
