Pakistan: Child Labour Surveys
Evidence for Action
About
This report summarises child labour survey findings for children aged 5-17 across Pakistan’s provinces and Islamabad Capital Territory, covering working conditions, drivers, and impacts on education and well-being.
The report was prepared by UNICEF Pakistan's technical partner for the Child Labour Surveys in Pakistan, the Centre for Evaluation and Development (C4ED), University of Mannheim research team, in close collaboration with the UNICEF Pakistan. For the first time, findings from the child labour survey reports of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) have been synthesized into a single report to present a comprehensive national picture of child labour in Pakistan.
