About
UNICEF supports social policies that contribute to the development and well-being of children. Such policies must be reflected in public expenditures through the state budget.
In this context, UNICEF conducts annual budget analyses of social sectors, aiming to analyze and monitor budget allocations to child-related sectors. This involves advocating for policy adjustments and funding adjustments through key messages, as well as strengthening knowledge of the budgetary aspects of sectors contributing to the country’s development.
