Highlights
Given the climate change projections for the region, by the end of the century, the Western Balkans can expect an increase in the frequency, unpredictability and intensity in flooding, drought, heat-waves, and wildfires. This wave have an adverse effect on GDP of each country, multiple sectors, and more importantly, the lives and livelihoods of people.
