Monitoring, Data and Research Consultant (National, Belarus)

The purpose of this consultancy is to monitor progress towards child rights commitments, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and UNICEF programme results through the preparation of analytical products, research and evidence reviews, monitoring and reporting outputs, data visualization materials, and knowledge products. The assignment will also support the implementation of key data initiatives, including the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS), contribute to strengthening the availability, quality and use of child-related data, and support research and analytical work on emerging issues affecting children and adolescents. 

This assignment aims to provide technical support to UNICEF corporate planning, monitoring and reporting processes, including the collection, analysis and synthesis of programme results and indicator data, preparation of results-focused products, and development of evidence for strategic planning and reporting requirements.
