National Consultant to support Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS consultant)

The purpose of this consultancy is to support and provide guidance to UNICEF Belarus and Belstat for the preparation, implementation and completion of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) in Belarus. The consultant will provide technical guidance and quality assurance throughout all stages of the survey process, including planning, questionnaire design, sampling, training, fieldwork, data processing, analysis, reporting, dissemination and archiving, ensuring compliance with MICS standards and protocols.
The MICS consultant will communicate effectively between UNICEF and Belstat, responding promptly to MICS-related needs and issues as they arise. The consultant will support quality assurance processes throughout the survey lifecycle and ensure adherence to agreed survey governance arrangements and MICS quality standards. The consultant will support adherence to agreed protocols on data confidentiality, data access, anonymization, dissemination and survey archiving throughout the MICS process.
The MICS consultant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the work of national and international resource persons engaged by UNICEF to provide technical assistance across different stages of the MICS process.

Procurement (Supply & Logistics) Associate

The Procurement (Supply & Logistics) Associate performs highly skilled work on UNICEF supply chains, and manages the more complex cases and client requests, which frequently requires the evaluation of difficult situations and adaptation of procedures and processes to resolve such cases. The function is characterized as highly independent and provides opportunities for Associates to lead and carry out responsibility for end-to-end supply chain management from the beginning to the end of the process and provide input into the design and development of improved supply chain services and delivery mechanisms.
