Facing Climate Shocks: Protection Risks in Drought-Affected Zambia

Drought deepens vulnerabilities for women, children, and marginalized groups

A large group of community members, including women and children, gathered outdoors under a big tree for a meeting. A woman stands in front addressing the crowd, while others, including representatives seated at a table with UNICEF branding, listen attentively. The setting is rural, with wooden fencing and a vehicle visible in the background.
