For Every Child, A Liveable Planet

Protecting biodiversity and the environment for children's well-being

_____________

Climate change.

Biodiversity loss.

Environmental degradation.

Virtually every child on earth is already affected by one of these, and this triple planetary crisis is disproportionately affecting children, young people and vulnerable communities.

The world’s children deserve #ALiveablePlanet and need decisive action now! It’s time to protect, prepare and prioritize them.

We can no longer undertake climate policy design and action without including the needs and rights of children and young people, especially from indigenous communities – and that includes their right to be heard.

Only then will we achieve #ALiveablePlanet for every child and young person, no matter who or where they are.

But young people are not waiting for change to happen, they are already taking action to be part of the solution.
