In addition to the Secretary-General's report to the General Assembly and a book called World Report on Violence against Children, some materials have been prepared specially for children. Children and young people played a large part in producing these, helped by Save the Children. There is a special children's version of the report and an educational booklet designed to provide children and young people over the age of 12 with information about violence and ideas for actions they can take to prevent violence and respond to it.
