Viet Nam is located in the eastern Indochina, and borders with China, Lao PDR, and Cambodia. UNICEF has supported over 80,000 people affected by typhoon Damrey
Since Typhoon Damrey struck Viet Nam in November of last year, UNICEF has supported national relief efforts and provided life-saving assistance to more than 80,000 people, including 20,000 children in three of the most affected provinces in the country.
