Technical assistance to the ministry of labour, invalids, and social affairs

for the development of social work as a profession in Viet Nam

UNICEF is seeking an international consultancy/consultant with relevant technical expertise to support the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the relevant government agencies and universities in the legal review and development of a normative framework on social work, development of the national programmes on social work for the next period and improving the social work training programme at the tertiary and post-graduate level.

This consultancy is a part of UNICEF’s support for development of Social Work as a profession in Viet Nam. It will contribute to Objective 3 of the Promotion and Protection of Children’s Rights Project (2017 – 2021) on Strengthened capacity of key state actors to improve the legal and policy frameworks for child protection system and development of social work profession.
