UNICEF is looking for an institution/firm to conduct an assignment to build on the experience of developing a mobile app for disaster risk management. The assignment requires multiple skills with insightful knowledge of Viet Nam disaster risk management, climate change adaptation, air pollution, education system including IT skills. In addition, the assignment requires knowledge and skills in art designs and video photography and creativity. Thus, it requires an institution with experts that can bring a set of technical skills and experience to the VDMA. As this new digital application aims at school children, teachers and caregivers, the institution must has rich experience in working directly with boys and girls of different backgrounds including children with disability and bring these knowledge and skills built in the design and format of the programme.
