With the fourth wave of COVID-19 intensifying across Viet Nam, in addition to the mixing of people suspected of being infected or having been in contact with COVID-19 positive people (called F1) in quarantine centres, the Ministry of Health has instructed Ho Chi Minh City authorities to pilot quarantining F1 at home before re-evaluating the feasibility of this measure as part of policy refinements to control the pandemic. 

To ensure safety, prevention of abuse and family violence, and improvement of the mental and psychosocial well-being of family members – especially of women and children during home quarantine, here are some important tips for frontline workers engaged in supporting COVID-19 quarantine and social distancing work.
