A one minute video contest on children with disabilities

Congratulations to 20-year-old Yun Han from China for her winning film "Equal Right to Dream."  And to Evelyne Hessou Sènan for an honorable mention for "Doudedji"

Each year, UNICEF publishes a report called State of the World’s Children. In 2013, the theme is children with disabilities. We wanted to hear youth voices and asked you to send us a one minute video reflecting your perspective on disabilities.
