Highlights

This report presents the findings of a formative study on child marriage that was conducted in 10 districts selected from the 9 regions of Uganda. The main objective of the research was to identify underlying factors that drive child marriage and potentially other forms of violence such as Female Genital Mutilation and Cutting (FGM/C) and early pregnancy.
