of the Mabinti Tushike Hatamu! (Girls Lets Be Leader!) programme in Tanzania

Highlights

The Mabinti Tushike Hatamu Programme (MTH) project emanated from the “Programming Framework for Working with Adolescent Girls” that was developed in 2012 by Tanzania AIDS Commission (TACAIDS). The project was implemented by Restless Development under a program cooperation agreement (PCA) with UNICEF.

The project’s thematic foci were out-of-school girls’ decision-making capacities regarding their sexual and reproductive health and rights, economic and social well-being, as well as access to health services.
