Kuwait supports community engagement campaign against COVID-19

UNICEF and World Health Organization (WHO), has supported demand generation with a risk communication and community engagement campaign in Alhol camp, northeast Syria.

Parallel to the rollout of COVID-19 vaccine, UNICEF, in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), has supported demand generation with a risk communication and community engagement campaign in Alhol camp, northeast Syria, currently home to 60,000 displaced people, with thanks to a generous contribution from Kuwait.

This campaign comes after a first campaign was conducted since the beginning of June to identify community concerns about receiving the vaccine, including misinformation and misconceptions they have.
