Invitation to suppliers: share your new water and sanitation (WASH) product with UNICEF
Fill a questionnaire to share details about a new product or technology that your company manufactures or sells.

About
UNICEF’s Water and Sanitation (WASH) team has started a systematic review of new products or technologies shared by suppliers. After a pre-selection process, the products considered as most adequate in humanitarian and development contexts will be reviewed by a joint UNHCR/UNICEF committee to decide what course of action should be taken with each.
The committee meets on a quarterly basis to review the products, which are grouped into categories. The process of assessing new technology offers from suppliers has two main objectives:
- Review new products considered interesting for UNICEF and UNHCR’s work in a systematic manner, making the case for adoption of new technologies and adapting our specifications to improvements made on existing products.
- Manage UNICEF’s relationship with suppliers by systematizing the way solicitations from suppliers are handled and replied to while guaranteeing equal chance to all suppliers and products.
Since 2018, over 170 products have been offered by suppliers to UNICEF and UNHCR through different channels and 75 per cent of these have been reviewed. The below questionnaire’s aim is to provide suppliers with a new and transparent channel for sharing information on their products.
Suppliers are invited to share details of their product(s) or technology with UNICEF by clicking on the button below. Please note that a submission does not necessarily mean that the product will be reviewed, nor guarantee that it will be added to UNICEF Supply Catalogue.
Suppliers who share details on their technologies or products will only be contacted if the reviewing team or committee needs additional information. The data provided by suppliers will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared outside UNICEF and UNHCR.
