Yellow Fever Vaccine (YFV)

UNICEF provides a revised market update for yellow fever vaccine (YFV). It highlights the protracted acute supply shortages against increasing demand. YFV supply availability is sufficient to meet emergency stockpile and routine requirements. However, the current yellow fever outbreak in Angola, and the possibility of outbreaks elsewhere, could further impact supply availability timeliness for routine programmes and limit planned preventative campaigns supply on the grounds of securing outbreak response.

Market Note content currently being revised and will be updated shortly.
