Larger attachments and attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted

Offers must be received by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) on 11 December 2017.

After submission of your offer you will receive an acknowledgement receipt.

Please also notice that the deadline for sample submissions has been extended to the 23rd of January 2018

Please also take in consideration the following information:

Proposers must submit their proposals as two separate documents (as pdf files) for:

a) The Technical Proposal

The technical Proposal must provide sufficient information in the technical proposal to address each area of the Technical Evaluation Criteria Sheet (Annex 2) and the TPP (Annex 1) to allow the evaluation team to make a fair assessment of their proposal.

The technical proposal should include a completed Annex 2, Technical Evaluation Criteria Sheet, which may be submitted in Excel format.

 

b) The Financial Proposal

The financial proposal should at least include a completed Annex 4 Commercial Information Sheet, which may be submitted in Excel format.

 

Each document needs to be clearly marked "technical" or "financial".

 

Please read carefully the instructions included in each annex. UNICEF would like to bring your especial attention to page 21 “How to provide an offer to this RFP”

Failure to complete the attached documents correctly and to submit all required information may result in invalidation of your offer.
