Highlights

'My hero is you' is a book developed by children for children to support families dealing with COVID-19. The pandemic is an unprecedented situation many are struggling to handle. 

The book concept  was developed by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee Reference Group on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergencies and supported by global, regional and country based experts, in addition to parents, caregivers, teachers and children in 104 countries.

In South Sudan, UNICEF has translated the book into four local languages: Juba Arabic, Nuer, Dinka and Bari
