The League Tables of Child Poverty presented in the first Innocenti Report Card are the most comprehensive estimates so far of child poverty across the industrialized world. Based on a new analysis, commissioned by UNICEF, of the latest data from the Luxembourg Income Study of household surveys, our figure shows that child poverty rates vary form under 3 per cent to more than 25 per cent in the world’s economically advanced nations.
