Highlights
In 2020, the whole world experienced a challenge without a precedent in recent history, caused by the health crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This study aims to enable identification of areas most severely struck by the pandemic and the prolonged crisis; and groups that have been most hit by the effects of the pandemic. This will, to a great degree, contribute to identification of those who are most vulnerable, but also help to develop further activities aimed at improving the position and welfare of groups who are the biggest losers in this situation. This study is trying to measure what the socio-economic effects of the crisis are on the whole population of parents with children, taking into consideration that the pandemic has spread all over the world, as well as the effects of the crisis on access to healthcare, education and social protection services, parenting, and mental health of children and parents/guardians.
