Belgrade, 25 September 2018 - PhiAcademy, one of the global leaders in beauty industry, has donated 100,000 Euros to UNICEF as a contribution to its work in advancing child right across the globe and 13,000 Euros for its work in Serbia.
“Helping others may just be the secret to living a life that is not only happier but also healthier, wealthier, more productive, and meaningful. This is why Phi Community has decided to help and support children in need”, said Mr. Branko Babic, PhiAcademy Founder.
Receiving the donation, UNICEF Representative Regina De Dominicis thanked PhiAcademy and said: “On behalf of UNICEF, I thank you for your generous contribution which will help us scale-up our current work and support innovative solutions to expand opportunities for children and young people across the globe”.
UNICEF strongly believes in the power of partnerships and collaborative efforts and has rich history of working with the corporate sector.
By working together, companies help support UNICEF programmes, emergency relief efforts and help advance issues vital to children.
UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere.
