Fiscal space for children in Rwanda
An analysis of options to address funding demands of priority sectors for children
The macroeconomic and fiscal situation suggests that Rwanda will face difficulties finding additional fiscal space in the short term to support greater investments in sectors that matter for children. This study investigated the options that are available to the Government of Rwanda to address the funding demands of priority sectors for children.
