This study examines adolescent engagement in humanitarian action in five countries of South Asia; Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. There is a particular focus on innovative UNICEF-supported initiatives that facilitate adolescent engagement in humanitarian settings, particularly in the context of COVID-19, including UNICEF South Asia’s SParking Wellbeing toolkit. The study is also grounded in the humanitarian and youth policy environment of the selected countries.
