Join the UNICEF Fundraising Team!
We’re searching for energetic young people that are looking for new experiences, that want to help and inspire other people, to develop their skills with us, and be rewarded for this!
What do we offer
Join the UNICEF Fundraising Team! We are young and inspired by the things that can change the world for the better. If you like challenges, you’re not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and you have the charm in your pocket, we’re waiting for you to come along with us!
You’ll achieve experience by interacting with different kind of people, using skills that will help you to start your own business or to get a salary raise in the future. In addition, the fact that you are a part of a well-known organization worldwide will help your CV and will increase your chances for any future employment. You’ll be rewarded accordingly to your effort, responsibility and involvement, having the chance to achieve bonuses and, in time, to get a promotion.
And of course, you’ll make many friends.
Your role as a UNICEF Fundraiser is very important. We’re looking for young, motivated people that will present UNICEF’s work to many other people and persuade them to support financially these activities, in the benefit of children and for a better future. We offer a part-time, flexible schedule, so it will be easy for you to combine the University courses with this job, or maybe to get ready for the career you dream of, while you deepen your communication and persuasion skills by our side.
Sounds amazing so far? Besides, our effort is well rewarded! You really have to try it!
You’ll work in crowded places in Bucharest, next to the metro stations; or in malls, hypermarkets, office buildings if the weather is not favorable. You’ll approach dozens of people daily and you’ll present to them UNICEF’s activities and you’ll convince them to become monthly donors by signing a direct debit pledge donation. Please, be aware, we don’t collect cash money!
In exchange of your work, we offer you a flexible schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week; an advantageous salary (9.2/11.5 RON per hour) + bonuses according to your performance; initial training, continuous support and help for achieving your goals; and of course, an enthusiastic team, a great mood every day and the possibility of professional and self-development.
