Highlights

The handbook is designed to improve preparedness, response and recovery to disasters in Pacific island countries (PICs). It focuses on coordination, for which the coordinator is responsible for the various gaps identified by water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) stakeholders in areas such as needs assessments, contingency planning and WASH technical standards.
