The research highlights the ability of CSOs to have more flexible and easier access to the specific needs of beneficiaries, independence, less bureaucracy, and particular focus on their mission to become more efficient social service providers. The research also covered the general knowledge, understanding, stances, interest and prospects of the relevant stakeholders concerning the existing and eventual future requests for harmonization of their work with minimum quality standards.
