Over the next five years, UNICEF will work to ensure that all children, especially the most disadvantaged, benefit from improved access, participation and learning outcomes in inclusive, safe and protective environments., EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT, UNICEF will work to ensure that the youngest children have the chance to develop to their full potential.
