When 24-year-old  Ngamo Armando noticed her 9-month baby boy Aive Afonso had a fever and cough, she took advantage of the presence of a mobile brigade in her community of Nankumi, in Cabo Delgado, and took Aive for a consultation with the health worker from the mobile brigade.
