UNICEF, United Nation’s Children’s Fund, is seeking the services of a qualified IT companies to develop a smartphone application/ for code writing for ‘Lifehack’ game, based on the content, developed by the team of young people and Renew company under the leadership of UB City Department of Child and Family Development.

The Lifehack Smart Phone Application will provide human rights and evidence-based sexual and reproductive health, sexuality and relationships education through an engaging digital game, developed in conjunction with young people.  Duration of this consultancy is for 6 months.

Offers MUST be received by latest 14:00 hrs on 9 November 2018. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Proposals must be submitted in a securely sealed two envelopes; one for technical proposal and one for price proposal.  You may alternatively send your proposals by two separate emails to ulaanbaatarhr@unicef.org.
