If you're under 18, we invite you to unleash your creativity and craft your most awe-inspiring masterpiece, dedicated to the mesmerizing realm of Oceans and the compelling narrative of climate change. Join us on this thrilling journey to paint a brighter future for our blue planet, sign your consent forms and submit your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org before the 30th of October 2023!

- Parental Support: It's a must for your parents or guardians to sign the consent form, ensuring you can join the competition and showcase your talent.
