#KeepItLit: Reimagine a stronger world for children
A fundraising initiative

Every child has dreams for their future. However, not all can make those dreams a reality. Children and young people face a range of barriers to living healthy, full lives and reaching their goals. From poverty and exclusion, to natural disasters, malnutrition and diseases, the challenges mount as COVID-19 adds an extra layer of complication globally. Children in Malaysia are not immune.
UNICEF would like to stand with children everywhere and ensure they fulfil their dreams but we cannot do it alone. This World Children's Day, we'd like to call on all of YOU to stand with us. Light a candle to show your support, or give for children. Every action makes a difference.
Together, we can Reimagine a stronger world and a healthy planet for all children.
A special #KeepItLit Message from our Representative & National Ambassador
As we celebrate Hari Kanak-Kanak with our children in Malaysia, Our National Ambassador Lisa Surihani and UNICEF's Representative in Malaysia Dr Rashed Mustafa co-lead the UNICEF Malaysian team to share our wishes and dreams for all children.
Get involved!
No. 1: Light up a #KeepItLit candle
Every candle symbolises a child's dream. We invite you to light a dream with your donation to help us unlock children's full potential, so they in turn, can keep their dreams bright and alive!
No. 2: Share your dreams
Everyone has a dream. Write your dreams and wishes for children in Malaysia and around the world to us. You can also read the dreams children shared with us in our recent #KeepItLit poll.
