Professional Services to support the upgrade of Kosovo Generation Unlimited and development of 21st century skills digital platforms
About
UNICEF office in Kosovo is seeking to engage a company (institution) to support the adaption and upgrade of the existing Kosovo Generation Unlimited Web Platform and iOS and Android Mobile Applications, in support to the implementation of the largest internship programme for 10,000 young people.
As part of the interventions for empowering adolescents and youth in Kosovo, the company (institution) will also support the automatization of the application process and follow-up tools for performance monitoring of the design and implementation of the UNICEF skills-building programmes.
The company (institution) is expected to provide high experienced managers and development officers in project management and software design and support the development of the Web platforms and iOS and Android applications in close collaboration with the programme team, UNICEF Implementing Partners and others as relevant. Implementation timeframe is foreseen over a period of 3 months.
The contract will be awarded to the company (institution) with proven experience and well qualified to perform the requested assignment with main duties and responsibilities consisting of:
- Upgrading and developing new modules on the existing Kosovo Generation Unlimited Digital Platform
- Developing E-learning component within the existing Kosovo Generation Unlimited Web platform
- Integration and adaption of the existing Mentorship web platform (www.mentorship4youth.net) into the existing Kosovo Generation Unlimited platform.
- Upgrading and developing new features on the existing Kosovo Generation Unlimited IOS and Android Applications
- Developing a new data collection and analysis digital platform for application and performance monitoring of UNICEF 21st century skills programmes
- Ensuring maintenance of the web platforms and iOS and Android Applications.
