UNICEF office in Kosovo is seeking to engage a human resources management company and/or service provider with proven expertise in human resource management, to support the implementation of the Kosovo Generation Unlimited Internship programme. The purpose of this request for proposal is to contribute in creating a positive and impactful experience for young interns, and fostering a supportive culture for both interns and hosting companies. This comprehensive approach aims to maximize opportunities for youth and enhance capacities for host entities, supporting them throughout the entire duration of the programme.
The company/institution is expected to provide high experienced staff in delivering human resource management and talent management products and services, and great understanding of key approaches for effective onboarding strategies, which will be developed in close collaboration with the UNICEF programme team, partners and others as relevant. Implementation timeframe is foreseen over a period of 16 months.
The contract will be awarded to the company/institution with proven experience and qualifications to perform the requested assignment with main duties and responsibilities consisting of:
- Developing Onboarding Guidelines, customized to align with the Kosovo Generation Unlimited programme goals, values, and internship program requirements.
- Updating/revision of the available Onboarding Packages, for interns to effectively navigate their internship experience and journey, and for hosting entities to adopt best internship management principles.
- Orientation Programme Delivery, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for interns and host entities engaged via the Kosovo Generation Unlimited programme
- Quality assurance and feedback collection, to provide continuous support and facilitate feedback generation from young interns and host entites throughout the internship period.
The interested companies/institutions are invited on an informative pre-bidding meeting, where project details, requirements, and clarifications will be conveyed in preparation for the subsequent bidding process. The meeting will be held on 31 July 2023, from 10:00 am, in UNICEF Offices (Ukshin Hoti Street No.120, C3/2a - Prishtina 10000 / Kosovo)
All interested companies (institutions) should then prepare their offer in line with below attached pdf document.
Proposals presented in English language, consisting of technical and financial details in separate closed envelopes, in hard copy should be submitted by 21 August 2023, 17:00 to the address:

UNICEF will also accept proposals in electronic version. If preferred, companies/institutions should submit their proposals at prishtina@unicef.org before the specified deadline mentioned above.
