With cold weather conditions due imminently, UNICEF has launched a Winter Children’s Appeal to help prevent a devastating winter for vulnerable families in Jordan whose coping mechanisms have been decimated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

UNICEF has been on the frontline providing services and support to vulnerable children in Jordan since the beginning of the Syria crisis almost ten years ago.

UNICEF is appealing for US$ 6 million to provide over 64,000 children with warm clothing and cash assistance during winter 2020/21.
