Your mental health matters.
It is a fundamental part of your overall health and well-being.
Feeling stressed, lonely, anxious or hopeless can have a negative impact on your mental health, especially if you feel like this over long periods of time. The COVID-19 pandemic has added additional challenges to children and adolescents’ wellbeing.
Despite how important your mental health is to even to your physical health, there can be a fear of addressing issues around mental health and a stigma against speaking out.
This stigma only increases the risk of poor mental health and is responsible for the delay in seeking treatment, which reduces the likelihood of receiving proper care.
Feeling stressed out?
Not having any fun?
Feeling burnt out?
Disappointed in everything around you?
If your answer is yes, you are not alone.
Your mental health can affect many areas of your life, and it is okay to talk about it.
Reach out. Connect. Seek help.
