Augmented Reality of the High Performance Tents
See the new features and add-ons of UNICEF's High Performance Tents in augmented reality (AR)
The High Performance Tents are new and improved multipurpose tents used in emergencies to meet various programmatic needs in education, health, nutrition and child protection.
They are a complete redesign of the previous tents with new durable anchoring systems, three-layered windows, a straight-wall design and packaging into smaller bags to enable transportation to hard-to-reach locations, among several other innovative features. They can be implemented along with our new add-ons that suit various programmatic needs and climatic conditions, including hard flooring, electrical and solar kits, and winter liners.
How to view the tent through augmented reality
For the full AR experience you will need to use a mobile device, although you can also view each version via your web browser.
- Select the button ‘Tap or click to start’
- If using a web browser drag your mouse around to explore different angles
- For mobile devices and the full AR experience click ‘View in AR’
- The application will prompt you to start moving your mobile device around to place the tent on a flat surface.
Since AR uses the latest technology, we unfortunately can’t guarantee it will work on older browsers and smart phones.
