Highlights

This paper captures the strategies, models and critical success factors that emerged from 1,600+ days of scaling innovations for children across 90 countries by UNICEF's Global Innovation Centre. The insights cover strategic considerations and practice examples when addressing what to scale, how to scale and who will scale. It reflects on a synthesis of models of scaling and how these can support decision making when understood across the dimensions of degree of influence and degree of change.
