COVID-19 is a historic challenge that cannot be faced alone. You are aware of the sudden increase in COVID-19 cases in our country, and it is showing no signs of slowing. This second wave is affecting us all and, in many ways, it is worse than the first one. One major impact is the stress on our healthcare system.
We're calling on the private sector, businesses, foundations, social impact investors, corporations and philanthropists to collaborate with UNICEF to help reduce the increased strain on health care systems and their ability to deliver essential care to those in need.
Your support will help us urgently procure Oxygen Generation Plants (OGP), RT-PCR Systems, PPE and Hygiene Kits.
You can help save lives by contributing financially to buy oxygen supplies, testing systems, or with in-kind PPE kits to make sure healthcare workers have the tools they need to save lives. We are supplying urgent resources and we need your contribution with the following:

PSA - Oxygen Generation Plants (OGP)
Oxygen is crucial in the treatment of moderate and critical COVID-19 cases. One unit of OGP can cater to the needs of 15-20 patients per day.

RT-PCR Systems
The testing by RT-PCR system, a gold standard for diagnosis, is at its full capacity, resulting in an increase in other testing methods which aren’t as reliable.

PPE and Hygiene Kits
PPE gear and hygiene supplies are the first level of defense for the healthcare and frontline workers. We need masks, overalls, face shields, hand sanitizers and soaps.
The situation is critical, and we are counting on your support.
We would like to discuss with you the different ways in which you can make a difference and you can also benefit from getting involved in this life-saving response.
