Partnering with USAID, UNICEF has handed over 1,000 WASH hygiene kits to Civil Defence Commission (CDC) Guyana to distribute to the most deprived children/families to fight COVID-19. Over the past few months international organizations like UNICEF and USAID have supported the commission with technical and other support in an effort to strengthen the commission's preparedness and response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
