About

The main purpose of the assignment is to support the establishment of a National Multiple and Overlapping Deprivation Analysis  N-MODA) at national and district levels in Suriname using the latest MICS 2018 data and the situation analysis for children and women in Suriname (2021) and information gathered form additional research and all other available information relevant to the study

The complete Terms of Reference and Request for Proposals can be found on the UNICEF Suriname Guyana website. Proposals must be received by the latest, Friday, 10 September 2021, on or before 00:00hrs. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will not be valid.

Full proposals must be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than the closure date and time as duly signed, stamped and dated.

Bidders are requested to send electronic version of their proposals by email as duly signed and stamped pdf documents to (guysur-supply@unicef.org) in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects:

Financial proposals will only be used when an offer is evaluated, technically accepted and therefore, eligible for opening of the financial proposals. All other provisions of the tender are still binding, and proposals received in any other manner will not be valid.
