Establishment of a Long-term Agreement (LTA) to assist country office in awareness raising campaigns around child rights issues with a focus on childhood obesity, nutrition and healthy lifestyles for children.

In Europe, Greece has the highest percentage (37.5%) of overweight and obese children and adolescents (2-14 years), with most overweight or obese (43.0%) children being between the ages of 5 and 7. Childhood obesity not only has health consequences, but also affects the social life and psychology of children. In addition, it increases the risk of being overweight in adulthood, a condition that is associated with the onset of chronic diseases and has significant implications for health and economic status at the individual, family and societal levels. Therefore, prevention strategies, as well as public health initiatives and policies are needed to further reduce childhood obesity and address the problems associated with it. UNICEF Greece Country Office (GCO) is seeking to establish a Long-term Agreement (LTA) with a Public Relations (PR) agency to provide services related to the strategy and design of awareness raising campaigns around child rights issues with a focus on childhood obesity, nutrition and healthy lifestyles for children. No price information should be attached to the technical documentation. Proposals submitted in the form of a link will not be considered compliant by the procurement unit and therefore will not proceed to the evaluation stage. Any submissions made outside of the allotted timeframe or without adequate information will be automatically disqualified. The Proposals MUST be received at the above address by latest on Friday, 27 October 2023, at 23:59, Greek local time.
