This report provides a detailed overview of child poverty in Comoros with the aim of better understanding the nature and vulnerability factors specific to the country. The ultimate objective is to contribute to the eradication of multidimensional child poverty in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015. SDG Target 1.2 commits governments to halve the proportion of men, women and children of all ages living in in poverty in all its dimensions, in accordance with national definitions by 2030.
