Policy for Action (P4A) series includes policy briefs on issues related to children and youth in Egypt such as Child Marriage, FGM and Girls’ Empowerment, affecting children’s food security and nutrition. The series is a product of the collaboration between UNICEF and National Council for Childhood & Motherhood (NCCM) Child Rights Observatory. Each brief introduces a topic of interest, presents the latest data available about the topic, the challenges that we face in addressing the problem, and how the problem is being addressed nationally. It also provides some recommendations for policy response (actions) to overcome the problem.
