A high-level Regional Consultation takes place for the Members of national Parliaments, the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the EU Parliament, PACE, the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of CIS, Youth Parliaments, and experts on child rights at the initiative of the UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office.
The objective of the event is to scale up and systematize UNICEF’s cooperation and partnership with parliamentarians, as well as to draw legislators’ attention to the urgent needs of children and young people.
The Regional Consultation serves as a forum to exchange experience and share knowledge in order to deliver results for children and youth in Europe and Central Asia.
